Policy and Procedures

We offer a  30 day free safety check with bike purchases. We'll add a tune up reminder to your bike upon purchase.
The first check over of a new bike is extremely important,the question everybody asks is "what if i don't ride it much?"
we say one month, on the bike the sticker says 3 months WHY?
Because we know how life is,
consider the following:

1:You buy the bike in mid October, suddenly the weather changes and you starting thinking of snow and skiing before you know it,s March and you jump on the bike and the gears are a little sluggish
Bring it in ,it's past three months but we know

2:You buy the bike in April and starting riding with spring fever,the gears start jumping in mid May but you're going to the Cape for two weeks in June. You go and cover the entire CAPE with your bike, come back keep riding every weekend and finally bring the bike back to us in October complete with rusty dry chain THIS my friend is not a free safety check we have to remove lbs of cape sand re grease all the cables and remove 2 gallons of water from the bottom bracket

Basically we have yet to see a free safety check valid on a bike over 5 months old  and we have seen 1 bike totally destroyed within 2 months, YES unrepairable
So use common sense please We're smarter than we look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
